First Time Customers Must Go Through a Pre-Interview Process
1, About the content of the interview
The interview is conducted to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the services provided and the use of the services.
The specific contents of the meeting are as follows.
a) Confirmation of service contents
We will inform you of the services that the woman can provide to you and what the store can provide through the chat application in a simple text message.
b) Confirmation of prohibited items
As stated in M’s membership agreement, the following items are prohibited
Intravaginal sex
Voyeuristic photography or audio recording of women
Excessive SM play
Any act that a woman does not want to do
Cancellation and change of reservations once confirmed
The above items are prohibited in MGroup’s services. We will explain this once verbally during the interview. Other violations of Japanese law are also prohibited.

Q, When do I pay the fee?
A, Please give it directly to the woman in your room.

Q, Is it possible to use the service at my home or monthly apartment?
A, Yes, it is possible. However, our staff will briefly check the bedroom, bathroom, etc.

2, Interview Methods
There are two main interview methods.
Video interview
The MGroup staff has a dedicated department for international clients. That department has an office in Tokyo, so we conduct interviews via video. We appreciate your understanding.
Face-to-face interviews
We can meet with you at your hotel, at your home, or at a pre-designated location. The client will have a brief meeting with our staff for 2 to 3 minutes before meeting the woman. A staff member wearing a suit will go to the location to meet with the customer. If the client prefers, the meeting can take place in a quiet, secluded location.
