MGroup conducts an English test for ladies during the interview process. We examine the lady’s level of English ability.
Specifically, we communicate in English for 5 to 10 minutes with either native-level staff or a foreign interviewer.
We hire the lady if the candidate is suitable for MGroup’s test criteria.
Of course, we carefully select and hire ladies who are beautiful in body and soul.
